CA Khushbu Shah

Khushbu Shah is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). She graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai in the year 2013 and completed her Master's in Commerce from University of Mumbai. She also holds a Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA). She actively participates in the study circle seminars and is a regular contributory in their tax publications. Her pragmatic character, professionalism, and expertise to serve clients to their satisfaction has always been the inspiration for all in the organization. Her area of expertise includes tax advisory, audit and statutory compliance. She also possesses technical knowledge in the field of Goods and Service Tax. She believes in proactively planning the work, assuring that the team have work-life balance.

CA Ronak Shah

Ronak Shah is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2015 and is holding a Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA). He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Nagindas Khandwala College and then pursued his Master’s degree from University of Mumbai. His area of expertise includes financial reporting under Indian Accounting Standards (IndAS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Concurrent and Statutory Bank Audit, RBI compliances and NBFC related norms. He has a great interest in stock market dynamics, likes to read books on economics and is a good swimmer.
